Our products are handcrafted using genuine full-grain leather and sustainably sourced solid wood. These natural materials are chosen for their durability and beauty — leather develops a rich patina over time, and the wood ages gracefully with regular use.
Wipe leather clean with a dry or lightly damp cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture. We recommend applying a quality leather conditioner every few months to maintain suppleness and finish. Do not use chemical or alcohol-based cleaners.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition. Custom or personalized orders are final sale. To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Yes — customization is one of our specialties. We can personalize select products with initials, names, or custom dimensions. Visit our Custom Order page to explore options, or reach out directly through our Contact page to discuss your vision.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal. Payments are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout. We never store your card information on our servers.

Shipping & Orders

All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail from our Oklahoma studio. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Standard orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping. Custom orders may require an additional 2–5 business days for preparation before they ship. Delivery times can vary slightly depending on your location.
At this time we ship within the United States only. We hope to expand international shipping in the future — follow us on social media for updates on new destinations.

We package every order carefully, but if something arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible — no hassle, no questions asked.
